A Talent Acquisition Manager develops and executes strategic hiring plans, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, select, and retain top talent. He Has to lead employer branding initiatives, manage team members, analyze hiring metrics, and collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create long-term, sustainable talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through social media and events
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the recruiting team, setting KPIs to evaluate efforts.
- Process Improvement: Utilize recruitment data to refine processes and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview processes.
