Job Description:

The R&D Project Support Associate will play a key role in assisting the R&D
department with project coordination, document management, and stakeholder
communication. This role is ideal for an individual who is organized, proactive, and
eager to grow in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. The person should
demonstrate excellent communication, be approachable and team-oriented, and
have the willingness to learn and take initiative in day-to-day R&D operations.

Key Responsibilities:

 Maintain project trackers (tasks, timelines, owners) and follow up on
action items to ensure timely progress.

Effective Date : 06.05.2023  Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track closure of
action points.  Organize, store, and version-control technical and administrative
documents (reports, SOPs, drawings, test records).  Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and site teams for logistics,
travel arrangements, permits, and equipment.  Compile and format weekly/monthly project status summaries,
including data tables and basic charts.  Assist in procurement requisitions and maintain inventory tracking
for R&D consumables and spare parts.  Support compliance-related documentation for ISO standards and
R&D audits.

MIN QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science, or Engineering (BBA /
BSc / BTech / Diploma with relevant experience will be considered)
MIN EXPERIENCE 2–3 years in administration, project support, or coordination roles
(experience in engineering or R&D environments is a plus.)

TRAINING REQUIREMENT (IF ANY)  Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace  Familiarity with project management tools (Zoho Sprints, Trello,

Asana, or equivalent)

SPECIAL CERTIFICATIONS
(OPTIONAL)  Project Management Fundamentals (e.g., CAPM)
