Role Overview
The Commercial & Industrial RO Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales of commercial and industrial reverse osmosis (RO) systems, water purification equipment, and related services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with industrial clients, understanding water treatment requirements, and delivering customized solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
• Identify and develop new B2B clients across industries such as hospitality, hospitals, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and commercial buildings.
• Generate leads through site visits, industry networking, and referrals.
• Build long-term relationships with facility managers, plant heads, procurement teams, and consultants.
Sales & Client Consultation
• Assess client water quality, consumption, and purification needs.
• Recommend appropriate commercial and industrial RO systems.
• Present proposals, quotations, and technical specifications.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales.
Project Coordination
• Coordinate with the engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support clients during installation, commissioning, and after-sales service.
• Ensure projects meet client requirements and company quality standards.
Market Development
• Track market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
• Develop sales strategies to expand PureOne’s presence in the industrial water purification market.
Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or Business (preferred).
Experience
• 2–15 years of experience in commercial or industrial water purification sales.
• Experience selling RO systems, filtration systems, or water treatment equipment preferred.
Skills
• Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of industrial water treatment processes.
• Ability to read technical specifications and water analysis reports.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management.
Performance Metrics
• Monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Number of new clients acquired
• Revenue generated from commercial & industrial RO projects
• Client satisfaction and repeat business
