Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Handle employee onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.

Assist in payroll inputs, attendance management, and leave tracking.

Support implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.

Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Assist in performance management processes and employee feedback tracking.

Support HR reporting and MIS preparation.
Required Skills

Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and documentation abilities.
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).
-
1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
