Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

  • Handle employee onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.

  • Assist in payroll inputs, attendance management, and leave tracking.

  • Support implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.

  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

  • Assist in performance management processes and employee feedback tracking.

  • Support HR reporting and MIS preparation.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good organizational and documentation abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).

  • 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
