KAM/RBM (ivf/gnac)
Job Description:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with IVF specialists, gynecologists, fertility clinics, and hospitals.

Manage and grow business from key IVF centers and institutional accounts.

Identify opportunities to expand product utilization within existing accounts.
2. Business Development
-
Achieve sales targets and revenue growth for the IVF and gynecology product portfolio.

Identify potential new fertility centers, hospitals, and gynecology practices for business expansion.

Execute territory business plans and market strategies.
3. KOL & Stakeholder Engagement
-
Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in IVF and gynecology.

Conduct CMEs, product presentations, and scientific discussions with doctors.
4. Team & Territory Management (For RBM Role)

Lead and guide Territory Business Managers / Medical Representatives in the region.

Monitor team performance, field work, and achievement of sales targets.

Provide coaching, training, and market insights to the team.
5. Market Intelligence
-
Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends in the IVF segment.

Provide feedback to management on market opportunities and challenges.
