Anchor Relationship Manager-Supply Chain Finance Dehradun, Ludhiana, Delhi
Job Description:
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential customers in the region, particularly distributors of anchor clients, to expand the SCF portfolio.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financing needs and provide Channel Finance limits.
- Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed business targets and KPIs.
- SCF Limit Provisioning: Collaborate with credit operations and anchor clients to evaluate and set SCF limits for distributors, ensuring thorough risk assessment and compliance with company policies.
- Transaction Coordination: Coordinate with credit operations to facilitate smooth transaction processes for customers, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve customer issues and escalations, working closely with relevant internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
