Job Description:

Role Objective

We are looking for a highly driven International Marketing professional to support global business expansion by developing new overseas customers, strengthening distributor networks, and managing export sales for Ami Polymer’s specialized polymer product portfolio used across pharmaceutical, biopharma, food, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

International Business Development

• Identify and develop new customers across global markets

• Build distributor / agent network in strategic regions

• Generate leads via digital platforms, trade shows, and B2B portals

Export Sales Management

• Handle international inquiries, quotations, and negotiations

• Convert leads into export orders and long-term clients

• Coordinate internally with production, QA, and logistics teams

Market Intelligence

• Conduct market research on target countries and industries

• Track global demand trends and competitor activity

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors and key clients

• Ensure high service standards and repeat business

International Marketing

• Support global exhibitions and trade fairs

• Use LinkedIn, B2B platforms, and CRM tools for lead management

Candidate Profile

Education
MBA / PGDM – Marketing / International Business

Experience

• Executive: 2–4 years

• Sr. Executive: 4–7 years
  Experience in Export Sales / International Marketing preferred.

Industry Preference

• Polymer / Rubber / Silicone

• Medical Consumables / Pharma Components

• Industrial Manufacturing
