Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Domestic Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence in the domestic aluminium market. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in aluminium products, extrusion, sheets, coils, profiles, or related metal industries, along with proven sales and relationship-building skills.
Mandatory Key Skills :
- Develop and implement domestic sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across industries such as construction, fabrication, automotive, electrical, and infrastructure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, OEMs, fabricators, and industrial clients.
- Regularly visit key customers and provide technical/product support where required.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in the aluminium sector.
- Identify new territories and distribution channels for growth.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic reports for management.
- Candidate with an experience in Aluminium industries will be given first preference.
