Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a commercial building. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all facilities, safety standards, and proper upkeep of the premises.
Key Responsibilities

Manage overall facility operations of the commercial building.

Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.

Ensure proper maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance work.

Monitor building safety, fire systems, and emergency procedures.

Handle tenant complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain records of maintenance work, vendor contracts, and facility expenses.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building policies.

Conduct regular inspections of the building to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.

3–6 years of experience in facility management, preferably in commercial buildings.

Good knowledge of building maintenance and safety standards.

Strong coordination and team management skills.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills

Experience handling vendors and contractors.

Basic knowledge of facility management software.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to issues.
