Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:Proactively finding new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
- Sales Presentations:Delivering product/service demonstrations to potential clients, tailored to their specific needs.
- Negotiation & Closing:
Handling objections, negotiating terms, and finalizing deals.
- Relationship Management:Nurturing existing client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Reporting & Strategy:Maintaining accurate records in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and providing market feedback.
- Target Achievement:Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, or annual sales targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- A "hunter" mentality with a strong, results-driven approach.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is often preferred.
Working Conditions
