Position: Country Head - Sales
Location: Bangladesh
Experience: 12 - 18 Years
Industries: Textile Chemicals
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of Profit & Loss (P&L) for Bangladesh operations, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, cost control, and improved profitability through strategic planning and performance monitoring.
- Drive market expansion by identifying new business opportunities, entering untapped regions, and increasing product penetration across the textile industry.
- Develop and manage a strong distributor and channel partner network, including selection, onboarding, performance evaluation, and continuous engagement.
- Build and strengthen relationships with textile mills and key industry stakeholders to increase customer loyalty and long-term partnerships.
- Ensure smooth regulatory approvals, import documentation, and compliance with local laws and trade policies.
- Establish local technical support capabilities to provide faster service, product guidance, and on-site assistance to customers.
