Job Description:

Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Experience: 2+ Years (International Sales)

Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site)
 
Shift Timing:
  • 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM

  • 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.

  • Understand customer pain points and align them with the company’s product offerings.

  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for the Account Executive team.

  • Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems.

  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion strategies.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR or in a similar role in international sales.

  • Prior experience in a web development or eCommerce development agency is preferred.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.

  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs.

  • Strategic and proactive mindset with a results-oriented approach.

  • Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field with a technical background.
