Job Description:
Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Key Responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.

Understand customer pain points and align them with the company’s product offerings.

Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for the Account Executive team.

Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems.

Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets.
-
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion strategies.
-
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
-
2+ years of experience as an SDR or in a similar role in international sales.

Prior experience in a web development or eCommerce development agency is preferred.
-
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.

Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
-
Strategic and proactive mindset with a results-oriented approach.

Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field with a technical background.
