Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors.
- Provide training and guidance to advisors for business development.
- Motivate and support agents to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor advisor performance and productivity.
- Conduct joint field work and customer meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA regulations.
- Build long-term relationships with agents and customers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any discipline
- 3 to 6 years of Experiance In BFSI
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to work in field sales
- Knowledge of local market is an added advantage
