Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Targets: Develop and implement plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including architects, contractors, and developers.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff, setting performance targets and monitoring activities.
