Manager / Senior Manager – Finance & HR | UAE

We are looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Finance & HR to join a fast-growing consulting-driven organization in the UAE.

This role will play a key part in financial planning, project costing, MIS reporting, and manpower utilization, while also overseeing HR operations and supporting leadership with strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project costing, profitability tracking, and financial MIS reporting
• Monitor consultant utilization, project margins, and revenue realization
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, receivables, and financial controls
• Lead and supervise the Finance and HR teams
• Manage HR operations including payroll coordination, recruitment support, and timesheet management
• Provide management dashboards and financial insights to support decision-making

Candidate Profile

• CA / CPA / ACCA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
• 7–12 years of experience, preferably in consulting, professional services, or manpower-driven businesses
• Candidates currently based in the UAE with UAE experience preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel
• Experience in project costing, MIS reporting, and team leadership
