Job Description:

Position:      Engineer/Sr. Engineer - Instrumentation

Location:       Hajipir - Kutch

Experience:   5 - 10 Years 

Industries:    Chemical

Responsibilities:        

• Install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation and control systems for chemical/process plants.
• Troubleshoot and resolve instrument and control system faults to minimize plant downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and plant procedures.
• Monitor and optimize process control systems for efficiency and reliability.
• Support commissioning, modification, and expansion projects related to instrumentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams for procurement and maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including instrument calibration records, maintenance logs, and technical reports.
• Participate in preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure reliable operation of instruments.
• Provide technical support and guidance to operators and junior engineers.
• Assist in instrumentation-related audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Experience in instrumentation for chemical/process plants.
• Strong skills in PLC and DCS systems.
• Installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of instruments and control systems.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and calibration records.
• Support plant operations, commissioning, and project activities.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Electronics/Instrumentation

Salary: - Upto 8.00 LPA
