Position:    Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager - Purchase

Location:      Nakhatrana - Bhuj

Experience:    8 -10 Years

Industries:     Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Procurement Management
• Handle procurement of raw materials, chemicals, packaging materials, and engineering spares.
• Ensure timely purchase orders to avoid production delays.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores and production teams.
• Vendor Development & Management
• Identify and develop new vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
• Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery, and pricing.
• Negotiation & Cost Control
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Work on cost reduction and procurement efficiency.
• Prepare comparative statements (CS) for vendor selection.
• Documentation & Compliance
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs).
• Maintain procurement documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
• Coordination
• Coordinate with production, quality, finance, and stores departments.
• Follow up with vendors for on-time delivery of materials.
• Reporting
• Prepare purchase reports, vendor performance reports, and cost analysis.
• Track procurement KPIs and budgets.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical
