Core Responsibilities:

Machine Setup and Operation:Extrusion operators prepare the machinery for each production run, which includes tasks like calibrating and testing the equipment (pressure, speed, temperature). They then operate the extrusion machines, feeding raw materials, adjusting settings, and monitoring the process.

Quality Control:They visually inspect the extruded products, measure dimensions, and ensure they meet quality standards. This may involve using tools like calipers or other measuring devices.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance:Operators identify and address any issues that arise during production, such as machine malfunctions or defects in the extruded product. They may also perform routine maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
