Position:      Asst./Dy. Manager - Civil

Location:      Nakhatrana - Bhuj

Experience:    8 -10 Years

Industries:     Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and execute civil construction projects
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
• Supervise daily site activities and monitor progress
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget
• Monitor and control project costs and resource utilization
• Implement and maintain quality control standards (QA/QC)
• Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship quality
• Ensure compliance with safety (HSE) standards
• Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment
• Verify contractor bills and work measurements
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Liaise with clients, architects, and stakeholders
• Resolve site issues and technical challenges
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and approvals
• Maintain project documentation and records
• Support procurement and material planning
• Track project risks and implement mitigation plans
• Lead and guide junior engineers and site staff
• Ensure proper coordination across all project activities

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic project management tools (MS Project/Primavera)
• Excellent project planning, coordination, and organizational skills
• Good understanding of quality, safety (HSE), and regulatory compliance
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Civil

Salary: - Upto 12.00 LPA
