Position:    Asst./Dy. Manager - Electricals

Location:      Nakhatrana - Bhuj

Experience:   8 - 10 Years

Responsibilities:

• Electrical Maintenance

•  

  Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of electrical systems in the plant.
• Maintain HT/LT panels, transformers, motors, MCC, PCC, VFDs, UPS, DG sets, and switchgear.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and minimize plant downtime.
• Power Distribution Management
• Manage power distribution network in the plant.
• Monitor energy consumption and power factor.
• Ensure proper operation of substations and electrical panels.
• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment.
• Implement predictive maintenance techniques to avoid breakdowns.
• Project Execution
• Handle electrical installation and commissioning for new projects or plant expansions.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and instrumentation teams.
• Safety & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
• Maintain earthing systems, lightning protection, and safety interlocks.
• Follow plant safety procedures in chemical environments.
• Vendor & Contractor Management
• Manage electrical contractors and service vendors.
• Review technical specifications and vendor quotations.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain electrical drawings, maintenance records, and reports.
• Prepare technical documentation, audits, and inspection reports.
