Position:    AGM/DGM Engineering

Location:      Nakhatrana - Bhuj

Experience:   16 - 20 Years

Industries:    Chemical 

Responsibilities:        

• Plant Maintenance
• Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all plant equipment.
• Ensure minimum downtime and high equipment reliability.
• Implement maintenance planning systems and best practices.
• Utilities Management
• Manage plant utilities such as boilers, compressors, chillers, HVAC, electrical systems, and water treatment.
• Ensure efficient energy utilization and uninterrupted utility supply.
• Engineering Projects
• Plan and execute CAPEX projects, plant expansion, new equipment installation, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors.
• Safety & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Drive safety culture and engineering risk management.
• Reliability & Continuous Improvement
• Implement TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, and reliability improvement programs.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures.
• Budget & Cost Control
• Prepare and control engineering budgets (OPEX & CAPEX).
• Optimize maintenance cost and spare parts inventory.
• Team Leadership
• Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Develop team capability through training and performance management.

Required Qualification: -  B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical
