About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and commercially driven Product Manager with strong
experience in beauty and makeup products. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch while working closely
with cross-functional teams including marketing, sourcing, packaging, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Strategy
 Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to product launch.
 Identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive products to
develop new product concepts.
 Work closely with R&D, vendors, and labs for formulation development,
testing, and product validation.
 Develop and manage the product roadmap aligned with brand strategy.

Market Research & Innovation
 Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking in the beauty and
makeup category.
 Identify opportunities for new product launches, product improvements, and
category expansion.
 Track global beauty trends, ingredients, packaging innovations, and consumer
preferences.

Vendor & Product Coordination
 Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for raw materials, packaging, and
product development.
 Ensure products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
 Work closely with sourcing and procurement teams for cost optimization.

Commercial & Launch Planning
 Support product pricing, margin analysis, and positioning strategy.

 Collaborate with marketing and brand teams for product launch campaigns.
 Manage product timelines and ensure on-time product launches.

Performance Tracking
 Monitor product performance, sales data, and consumer feedback post
launch.
 Identify improvement opportunities for existing product lines.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related
field (MBA is a plus).
 4–6 years of experience in product management within Beauty / Cosmetics
/ Makeup industry.
 Strong understanding of beauty formulations, packaging, and product
development processes.
 Experience working with vendors, manufacturers, and cross-functional
teams.
 Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
 Passion for beauty trends, innovation, and consumer-focused product
development.
