Key Responsibilities
1. Collaboration Management

Identify and onboard new online and offline platforms/stores for product collaborations

Build and maintain relationships with partners

Coordinate and negotiate collaboration terms

Draft and manage agreements with partner platforms
2. Exhibition Planning & Coordination
-
Coordinate with exhibitors across India regarding participation opportunities

Track exhibition schedules, contacts, and requirements

Plan and manage logistics and compliance for exhibitions

Identify and establish tie-ups with relevant exhibition partners
3. Community Management

Engage with existing customers and online community
-
Handle customer communication, queries, and expectations

Build long-term relationships and trust with customers

Drive engagement and improve overall customer experience
Key Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset

Ability to build relationships and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

Prior experience in collaborations, events, or community management is a plus
