Instrumentation Technician
Job Description:
Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all Instruments, panels, DCS, PLC, SCADA, and control valves. ● Ensure that equipment’s are in good working order to prevent disruption of activities. ● Shall have experience on Sensors, Transmitters, PLC, HMI, Etc. ● Shall be able to ready drawings P&ID, Panel drawings, etc. ● Installation of fresh Instruments and fittings. ● Keep record of all stock, supplies and existing equipment’s. ● Perform Calibration services for Instruments. ● Ensure that all instruments are available as per the requirement on regular basis. ● Diagnose and repair faults promptly to minimize downtime. ● Identify and troubleshoot issues with instrumentation systems. ● Analyze system performance and implement corrective measures to optimize efficiency. ● Maintain an inventory of spare parts and equipment necessary for instrumentation repairs. ● Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements related to instrumentation systems. ● Update operation manuals and documentation as needed
