Facility Supervisor HK

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff (room attendants, cleaners, etc.)

• Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met

• Assign daily tasks and schedules to team members

• Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety standards, and company policies

• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when needed

• Handle guest or client complaints related to housekeeping services

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

• Maintain records of staff attendance, performance, and work completion

• Report maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution

• Assist in developing cleaning procedures and improving service quality
