ABOUT SPV ENERGY AND PROJECTS PVT LTD

SPV Energy and Projects Pvt Ltd is building India's first integrated clean energy intelligence platform —

combining utility-scale IPP development (SPV Power), EPC and C&I energy supply (SPV Solutions), and an

AI/SaaS platform for utility analytics (SPV Intelligence). With active projects in Mizoram and Nagaland, a capital

raise underway, and a five-year roadmap to $500M+ group valuation, the Founder is managing multiple

simultaneous workstreams across project finance, investor relations, platform strategy, government relations, and

SPV Intelligence development.

Compensation details:-

1- Base Salary: ₹50,000–₹75,000 per month (₹6–9 Lakh per annum)
2- Location: Kolkata HQ with travel as required
(Delhi, project states, Singapore in Year 2)
3- Reporting To: Founder & Managing Director
4- Growth Path: VP Strategy / Head of SPV Intelligence GTM / SE Asia Country Head within 2–3 years

THE ROLE

The Chief of Staff is the Founder's operating system — the person who makes sure the most important things

actually get done. This is not a scheduling or administrative role. You will own the execution of strategic priorities,

be in every critical meeting, track every open commitment, run investor documentation, and be the connective

tissue across three businesses that are building simultaneously.

The right person for this role is someone who is intellectually exceptional, loves complexity, and wants an

accelerated window into how a platform company is built from the inside. This role is explicitly designed to

develop into a VP Strategy, Head of SPV Intelligence GTM, or Country Head for Southeast Asia within 2–3 years.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Founder's strategic agenda: tracking all open priorities, decisions, and commitments across SPV Power,

Solutions, and Intelligence — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

• Investor relations operations: preparing and maintaining investor materials (decks, financial models, term

sheet analyses, data rooms), coordinating due diligence, drafting investor communications

• Capital raise coordination: managing the Stage 0 and Stage 1 fundraise pipeline — target lists,

introductions, follow-up, and documentation

• SPV Intelligence GTM support: research on DISCOM procurement cycles, RDSS tender tracking,

competitor monitoring, and pilot pipeline management

• Cross-functional project management: owning the 90-day action plan execution, tracking milestones for

UNNATI registration, IREDA financial close, NEDFi bridge, and Nagaland project development

• Government relations support: tracking MNRE, DPIIT, and RDSS policy developments; drafting

submissions and briefing notes

• Structured communication: preparing board updates, lender reports, and partner communications to

institutional-grade standard

• Special projects: as the group expands, owning discrete workstreams — Singapore entity setup, acquisition

target shortlisting for SPV Intelligence, C&I client pipeline development

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Non-Negotiable

• 3–7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting (strategy or

infrastructure practice), project finance advisory, or a high-growth startup in a strategy/finance/operations

role• Financial modeling fluency — comfortable building and stress-testing project finance models, IRR analyses,

valuation frameworks from scratch

• Exceptional written communication — able to produce investor-grade documents, crisp briefing notes, and

clear email communications without extensive editing

• Comfort with ambiguity and a builder's mindset — this company is being constructed in real-time; you will

be defining your role as you go

Strongly Preferred

• Exposure to renewable energy, infrastructure finance, or energy policy — understanding of PPAs, project

SPVs, DISCOM economics, or government scheme structures (RDSS, KUSUM, UNNATI) is a significant

advantage

• Experience in Northeast India, East India, or Southeast Asia — geographic familiarity with frontier markets

where SPV Energy operates

• Prior Chief of Staff, Strategy Associate, or Founder's Office experience at a founder-led company
• Bengali or Assamese language proficiency — useful for Northeast India stakeholder engagement

The Person

• Operates with low ego and high output — comfortable doing high-level strategy work and also fixing a

broken Excel model at 11pm

• Can be trusted to represent the Founder in external meetings when required — investor calls, DISCOM

introductory meetings, DFI conversations

• Wants to understand every part of the business, not just their lane — intellectually curious about project

finance, energy policy, SaaS GTM, and Southeast Asia market entry simultaneously

• Interested in the SPV story as a career-defining opportunity, not just a job
