Maintenance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with a strong civil engineering background and expertise in highway projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising maintenance activities to ensure the safety, quality, and longevity of highway infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee routine and preventive maintenance of highways, roads, bridges, and associated infrastructure.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor road conditions and identify repair needs such as potholes, cracks, drainage issues, and structural damages.

• Manage maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors for efficient execution of work.

• Prepare maintenance schedules, budgets, and resource planning.

• Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and stakeholders.

• Ensure timely resolution of emergency repairs and breakdowns.

• Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to maintenance activities.

• Implement cost-control measures and optimize maintenance operations.

• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project standards.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E – Civil)
