Position: Store & Purchase Executive
Reporting to: Directors & Project Manager
Job Location: Surat office, Site (as required)

Role Summary
Responsible for receiving, issuing, tracking, and maintaining inventory for fabrication and erection works, along with assisting in purchase activities such as vendor coordination, obtaining quotations, and preparing purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive MS, bolts, consumables, tools, and record GRNs.
- Issue materials to fabrication & site teams with proper documentation.
- Maintain stock register, heat number/MTC details, and traceability.
- Conduct physical stock checks and reconciliation with accounts.
- Track tools, lifting tackles, welding machines, and safety items.
- Manage material dispatch to sites and vendor locations.
- Follow FIFO, safety, and storage standards.
- Machine maintenance.

Purchase Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors for material availability and pricing.
- Collect and compare quotations.
- Prepare and follow up on purchase orders.
- Maintain purchase records and support procurement planning.
- Ensure timely delivery of ordered materials.

Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma
- 2–6 yrs experience in fabrication or construction store operations.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP).
- Basic exposure to machine maintenance and purchase processes.

Travel Requirement
* 20–30% travel for material delivery/verification at site.
