Job Description:

 

  • Manage end-to-end hiring process

  • Coordinate interviews and shortlist candidates

  • Work with department heads to understand hiring needs

  • Handle employee queries, conflicts, and grievances

  • Maintain a healthy work environment

  • Ensure company policies are followed

  • Manage employee records and documentation

  • Oversee onboarding and exit processes

  • Maintain HR databases and systems

  • Coordinate salary processing with finance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws (important in India like PF, ESIC, etc.)

  • Handle attendance and leave records
