Job Description:

Manage end-to-end hiring process

Coordinate interviews and shortlist candidates

Work with department heads to understand hiring needs

Handle employee queries, conflicts, and grievances

Maintain a healthy work environment

Ensure company policies are followed

Manage employee records and documentation

Oversee onboarding and exit processes

Maintain HR databases and systems

Coordinate salary processing with finance

Ensure compliance with labor laws (important in India like PF, ESIC, etc.)

Handle attendance and leave records
