Job Description:
Position Title: Tool Service-Quality Engineer
Position Reporting To HOD – Manufacturing Technology
Work Location Kothur - Hyderabad
Department Manufacturing Technology – Tool Room
- Primary Role : Knowledge of Press tools / Notching tools / Progressive tools / Die casting tools /Fixture parts inspection.
- Sound Knowledge of GD & T.
- Knowledge of press tools processes & drawing study.
- Working exposure on TRIMOS / UMM
- System knowledge of ISO 9001, EMS
Key Responsibilities
- All tool parts with operation wise inspection and patrolling inspection.
- Hardness checking of cutting elements.
- Calibration of instruments before due date maintained.
- Maintaining of Calibration certificates for measuring instruments.
- Non-confirmation report for deviated parts and intimation to tool room planning team for necessary actions.
- Supporting to Maintenance for machines spare parts inspection of wear out parts.
- On assembly condition Punch half & Die half inspection on Jig boring machine
- Maintaining of Tool steel material test certificates / Hardness test certificates.
- Maintaining of part wise inspection reports.
- ISO documents preparation @ Tool Room Quality.
- Training to machine operators for measuring instruments usage
Qualifications, Experience
- - ITI / DME / B. Tech with 3+ years of experience
- - Knowledge of Press tools / Notching tools / Progressive tools / Die casting
