Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Accurately enter and update data from source documents (such as production logs, invoices, and inventory sheets) into the company's ERP or database systems.
• Verification: Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output for high-quality results.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of production and administrative records.
• Inventory Support: Assist in logging raw material usage and finished goods stock levels as per the manufacturing requirements at the Poly Park unit.
• Reporting: Generate periodic reports for management as required.
• Confidentiality: Adhere to data integrity and security policies to ensure all company information remains confidential.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
• Technical Skills: * Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk.
• Proficiency in MS Office (specifically MS Excel and Word).
• Familiarity with ERP software is an advantage.
• Typing Speed: Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 35–40 WPM).
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to prevent data discrepancies in manufacturing logs.
• Communication: Basic understanding of English and fluency in Hindi/Bengali for local coordination.
