Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their queries are handled promptly and professionally.
You will play a key role in maintaining high customer satisfaction by resolving issues, providing accurate product information, and delivering a seamless support experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone and email in a professional manner
- Understand, identify, and resolve customer issues; escalate complex cases when required
- Collect and summarize customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams
- Develop strong product knowledge and stay updated with product enhancements
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Ensure all customer information is properly documented for tracking and analysis
- Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent customer experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support / helpdesk roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving ability and customer-first approach
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- High level of empathy and patience while handling customer queries
Work Timing
Shift: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM (L1 Support)
