JD – Graphic + Motion Graphic Designer

• Understands that good design is silent—but great design speaks (especially to clients 😄)
• Has survived 6–8 years in the wild world of deadlines, feedback loops, and “just one more change”

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating killer visual designs across digital platforms (social, ads, presentations, web, etc.)
• Bringing ideas to life with motion graphics & animations (Reels, videos, explainers—you name it)
• Collaborating with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to make campaigns shine
• Presenting your ideas to clients (yes, they’ll love you if you explain your work well)
• Handling feedback like a pro (a.k.a. turning “make it pop” into something actually meaningful)

What you should bring to the table:

• 6–8 years of experience in a creative or marketing agency setup
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects—your playground)
• A solid portfolio showcasing both design + motion work
• Excellent communication skills (you’ll be client-facing, not just pixel-facing)
• Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the creative ball

Bonus points if you:

• Have a knack for storytelling through visuals
• Stay updated with design trends (before they become trends 😎)
• Can add a dash of humor or personality to your work
