Qualification DE or BE Civil
- Site Management: Overseeing on-site operations, including surveying, material inventory, and construction activities.
- Project Coordination: Liaising with contractors, architects, and site engineers to meet project timelines and budget objectives.
- Design & Planning: Developing blueprints, technical plans, and specifications for residential/commercial projects.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Quality Control: Implementing quality control protocols and troubleshooting design or execution issues.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential hazards and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in real estate construction, specifically in site management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, CAD software, and site surveying tools.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and budget management skills.
- Certification: Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., IEng, CEng) may be preferred.
- Experience: Typically 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
- Tools: Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Project Management software.
- Specialization: Expertise in high-rise, residential, or commercial construction is often required.
