Production Supervisor
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Execution: Coordinate daily shifts to ensure output meets the production schedule. Monitor the flow of materials and troubleshoot any bottlenecks in real-time.
Quality Control: Ensure all products adhere to ISO standards and product drawing. Monitor final finishing to minimize scrap and rework.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of technicians and laminators. Manage shift schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize cycle times and reduce material waste using Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles.
Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs, incident reports, and inventory counts via ERP or manual systems.
