Position: Operations Coordinator — Auto Services
Location: Bhowanipore, Lake Range, Kalighat, Kolkata
Experience:Freshers / 0–5 Years
Role Summary
Responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing bookings, coordinating labour teams, and ensuring smooth daily operations of car detailing services.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries
* Explain services, pricing, and confirm bookings
* Schedule one-time and subscription Services
* Coordinate staff, drivers, and service vans
* Manage invoices and maintain records in Excel/Google Sheets
* Track daily jobs, payments, and report to management
Requirements
* Good communication skills (Hindi & English; Bengali preferred)
* Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
* Strong coordination and multitasking ability
* Ability to handle pressure and manage labour teams
