Job Description:
Position: Marketing Export Executive
Location: Silvassa
Experience: 1 - 2 Years
Industries: Steel
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end export sales process from order confirmation to final delivery.
- Handle export documentation including invoice, packing list, bill of lading (BL), certificates, and related paperwork.
- Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, and freight forwarders for smooth shipment execution.
- Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of export consignments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales orders, shipments, and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with international and domestic clients regarding order status and updates.
- Identify and develop new customers and export markets.
- Follow up with clients to generate new business opportunities and sales orders.
- Coordinate internally with production, dispatch, and accounts teams.
- Ensure proper closure of all export transactions and documentation.
Required Skills
- MBA in Marketing (mandatory).
- Basic knowledge or experience in export sales or export documentation.
- Strong command over English (written & verbal).
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of international trade, logistics, and shipping processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication).

Salary :- Upto 4.00 LPA
