Job Summary:
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete operations of the restaurant/store, ensuring smooth daily functioning, excellent customer service, team management, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong leadership, operational efficiency, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day restaurant/store operations.

Ensure smooth functioning of service, kitchen coordination, and customer handling.

Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines.

Achieve monthly sales targets and drive store profitability.

Implement local store marketing initiatives.

Monitor daily sales, wastage, and operational costs.

Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.

Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower.

Motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.

Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.

Maintain service quality and brand standards.

Manage stock, ordering, and inventory control.

Monitor food cost, wastage, and consumption.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for supplies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Maintain daily reports including sales, inventory, and staff attendance.

Coordinate with management for operational improvements.
Required Skills:

Qualifications:

Graduate / Hotel Management preferred

Experience: 4 – 8 years in Restaurant / QSR / F&B operations
Preferred Background:

Experience in QSR, Café, or Multi-cuisine restaurants will be an added advantage.
