Job Summary
The Training Manager is responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of distributors, leaders, and field teams within the assigned region. The role focuses on driving business growth by strengthening leadership capabilities, improving product knowledge, and supporting distributor engagement through structured training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery
- Conduct business opportunity presentations, product trainings, and leadership development sessions for distributors.
- Deliver onboarding and orientation programs for new distributors.
- Field Development
- Work closely with leaders and top distributors to identify training needs.
- Support field leaders in team building, duplication systems, and leadership development.
- Conduct market visits to evaluate distributor performance and provide coaching.
- Training Program Implementation
- Implement company training frameworks and programs across the region.
- Ensure standardized training content and messaging across all meetings and events.
- Adapt training materials to suit regional languages and market needs.
- Leadership Development
- Identify potential leaders and develop structured leadership pipelines.
- Mentor and coach key distributors and emerging leaders.
- Build strong leadership culture aligned with company values.
- Event & Seminar Management
- Organize and support regional conventions, recognition events, and leadership summits.
- Deliver stage presentations and training during large distributor events.
- Content & Feedback
- Provide feedback to corporate training teams on field challenges and training gaps.
- Assist in development of training modules, presentations, and tools.
- Performance Monitoring
- Track training effectiveness and impact on recruitment, retention, and sales growth.
- Maintain reports on training sessions, attendance, and outcomes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Growth in active distributors in the region
- Improvement in leader productivity
- Training attendance and engagement
- Distributor retention rates
- Successful execution of regional training programs
Required Qualifications
- MBA in business, Marketing, Training, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Network Marketing / Direct Selling / Field Training.
- Pharmaceutical/Alternate Medicine/Healing/Frequency Therapy background preferred.
- Proven experience in public speaking and large audience training.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Regional language proficiency preferred
