Position:      Manager - Procurement

Location:      Silvassa

Experience:   8 - 10 Years

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement of engineering materials, components, and capital equipment.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors; maintain strong vendor relationships
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to achieve cost savings
• Ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays and maintain inventory levels
• Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and supply risks
• Coordinate with production, planning, and engineering teams for material requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory regulations
• Manage purchase budgets and prepare reports on procurement performance
• Lead and mentor the purchase team.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of engineering materials, technical specifications, and supply chain processes
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally or similar)
• Strong analytical and cost-control mindset
• Good communication and leadership abilities

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 15.00 LPA
