Job Description:
1. Responsible for managing and supervising CNC & VMC machine shop operations to achieve production targets while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, cost, and efficiency.
2. Ensure daily production as per plan and delivery schedules3. Manage CNC & VMC machine shop operations and manpower
4. Implement 5S, Lean, Kaizen, and safety practices
5. Coordinate effectively with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams.
