Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Execute promotional activities and trade marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Monitor and ensure product availability and shelf presence.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on market trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
