Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Execute promotional activities and trade marketing strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Monitor and ensure product availability and shelf presence.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team on market trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
