Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a team of Sourcing Specialists/Recruiters (daily allocation, performance tracking,
coaching)
2. Drive direct sourcing channels only – job portals, career page, internal database, walk-ins (no vendor
dependency)
3. Own end-to-end sourcing operations and ensure timely delivery of hiring targets
4. Allocate and prioritize requirements across team members based on demand
5. Monitor daily team productivity
6. Ensure strong pipeline management
7. Manage salary discussions, offer approvals and rollout
8. Maintain high candidate experience and reduce no-shows
9. Ensure data accuracy, documentation compliance and ATS hygiene
10. Publish daily/weekly performance dashboards
