Job Description:

Major Activities :
 Identification, assessment and development of new and innovative business opportunities,
markets, applications – technical and commercial – in accordance with the BU strategy.
 Commercial responsibility of new businesses beyond launch.
 Build up industry and application expertise, trend scouting and internal know-how transfer.
 Development of networks at OEMs and customer relationship management.
 Close cooperation with Technical team, Sales and R&D.
 The Candidate must be extremely team oriented, cosmopolitan outlook, as he will be
working with whole Asia industry & sales team members, and business & product
management, R&D’s and regional RDC colleagues as well to gain new business Asia
market.
 1/ Internal: Application & Product lifecycle management, global R&D developments, product
positioning within Styrenix Product portfolio, production processes internal and external ,
RDC (Regional Development Center) activities, industry team needs, QM, EHS
requirements (incl. sustainability positioning)
 2/ External: Market needs along value chains, inter-polymer competition understanding,
regulatory obligations, competitor environment, application developments.
