Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle overall shift operations of CNC & VMC machines
2. Manage manpower allocation and ensure optimum utilization
3. Ensure production as per daily plan and delivery schedules
4. Monitor OEE, cycle time, downtime, and rejection levels
5. Implement and sustain 5S, Lean, and Kaizen practices
6. Maintain safety standards and ensure zero accidents
7. Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Stores departments
