We are hiring a Project Head – Civil & Interior in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

 Lead end-to-end execution of real estate construction projects

(residential/commercial)

 Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

 Ensure project delivery within defined timelines, scope, and cost

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

 Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, interior designers, and contractors

 Manage relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and service providers

 Ensure seamless communication among all stakeholders

Site Management & Supervision

 Oversee day-to-day site execution of civil and interior works

 Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project schedules

 Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance

Quality & Compliance

 Ensure adherence to construction standards, quality benchmarks, and design

specifications

 Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and statutory approvals

 Maintain high standards of workmanship and finishing

Cost Control & Budgeting

 Monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and financial performance

 Optimise resource utilisation and control material wastage

 Evaluate contractor bills, BOQs, and vendor quotations

Risk Management

 Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

 Resolve site challenges, delays, and technical issues effectively

 Ensure minimal disruption to project timelines

Documentation & Reporting

 Maintain project documentation, including drawings, BOQs, contracts, and approvals

 Prepare and present MIS reports on project progress, cost, and risks

 Track milestones and ensure timely closure of project phases

 Interior fit-out execution

 BOQ preparation, estimation, and costing

 Project management tools (MS Project / Primavera)

 AutoCAD and drawing interpretation

 Knowledge of RERA guidelines, building codes, and local authority approvals

Preferred Candidate Profile

 12+ years of experience in real estate construction projects

 Experience in handling residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments

 Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

 Strong exposure to multi-site project management
