Dispatch Engineer
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or material management in a manufacturing or engineering company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete dispatch operations of machinery and equipment.
- Supervise and coordinate the dispatch team (currently 4 team members).
- Ensure timely delivery and shipment of materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate with production, stores, logistics, and transporters.
- Handle dispatch documentation such as challans, invoices, packing lists, and transport records.
- Monitor loading, packing, and shipment planning to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
- Maintain proper dispatch records and reports.
Required Skills
- Strong team handling and coordination ability.
- Knowledge of dispatch documentation and logistics processes.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / ERP systems.
