Backend Support Executive / Account Clerk

Role Description

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Backend Support Executive / Account Clerk based in Vadodara. This
role requires a detail-oriented professional to manage backend operations and provide software
support to our diamond trading clients.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handling daily backend operations for diamond trading clients
 Basic data entry related to:
 Stock management
 Party-wise accounting
 Vendor-wise transactions
 Maintaining accurate financial records

Managing:

 Payment entries
 Banking transactions (inward & outward)
 Multi-currency accounts (EUR & USD)
 Updating entries in software against specific vendors
 Monitoring credit control and outstanding payments
 Handling petty cash and internal expense records
 Assisting in preparation of financial reports
 Reconciling discrepancies in accounts and stock
 Providing backend software support to clients
 Coordinating with internal teams for smooth workflow

Understanding of:

 Party accounting
 Stock management
 Familiarity with accounting software & MS Office
 Good communication skills
 High accuracy & attention to detail Problem-solving mind-set
 Fresher’s can apply
 Experience in backend/accounting role is an advantage

Educational Qualification:

 Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
