We are currently hiring a senior Sales & Marketing professional to lead the sales function and drive
strategic business goals.

Role and Responsibilities
Reporting to the core leadership team, you will lead a team of sales professionals to achieve
customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Key responsibilities include:
 Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial targets
 Developing and improving marketing strategies
 Conducting market research to assess trends and brand positioning
 Building strong and collaborative relationships
 Monitoring market trends and competitor analysis
 Overseeing daily sales activities and designing effective sales strategies
 Managing and allocating sales budgets
 Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and driving team performance
 Preparing sales reports and presenting insights to leadership
 Onboarding and managing key stakeholders

Role Overview
