Job Overview

We are seeking a Database Executive to maintain and manage internal international and national databases. This is a continuous role requiring high accuracy, structured data curation, and strict adherence to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

● Maintain and update internal international and national databases with accurate and structured information.
● Perform data curation, verification, and cleaning to ensure high-quality records.
● Track and follow up on data update deadlines and internal timelines.
● Ensure standardized formats, documentation, and naming conventions across databases.
● Coordinate with internal teams to collect missing or updated information.
● Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for management and operations teams.
● Maintain version control and structured data workflows for ongoing projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
● Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and basic database tools.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Ability to handle repetitive and continuous data work with consistency.
● Basic understanding of creator databases, digital platforms, or agency workflows is a plus.
